The ground rules for using this site — what we publish, how we earn money, and where responsibility begins and ends.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing AI Tools Review Hub ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
2. What the Site provides
The Site publishes editorial reviews, rankings, comparisons, tutorials, and deal listings for AI software. All content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and it should not be the only input to a purchasing decision. AI software changes quickly: pricing, features, and plan limits described here may be out of date by the time you read them, and you should always confirm details on the vendor's official site.
3. Affiliate relationships and advertising
The Site is supported in part by affiliate commissions and advertising. Some outbound links — including links through our /go/ redirect paths and sponsored placements labeled "Sponsored" — may earn us a commission if you sign up or make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never determine ratings, rankings, or opinions: we publish negative findings and low scores for tools that pay us, and tools that pay us nothing. 4. Intellectual property
All original content on the Site — including reviews, rankings, text, graphics, and logos — is owned by AI Tools Review Hub or its content suppliers and protected by copyright law. You may quote short excerpts with a visible link back to the source page. Republishing substantial parts of the Site without written permission is not allowed. Product names, logos, and trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement, and a listing or review does not imply a partnership unless explicitly stated.
5. Third-party links and offers
The Site links to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Deal listings, discounts, and free-trial offers are described as accurately as possible at the time of writing, but the vendor's own checkout or signup page is always the authoritative source. Any purchase or signup you make with a third party is a transaction between you and that third party.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping that degrades performance, no attempts to breach security, no misrepresenting your identity when submitting forms, and no using our content to train competing commercial datasets without permission. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by contacting us.
7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Tools Review Hub and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from decisions you make based on its content — including software purchase decisions, lost profits, or data loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Site's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
